Things You'll Need
Rose clay
Small bowl
Avocado oil
Rose oil
Roman chamomile oil
Instructions
1
Measure 1 tbsp. of rose clay into a small bowl. Rose clay is available at your local health food store and will make the mud base of your sensitive skin face mask. Rose clay has a nice light aroma and will help to pull dirt and grease from clogged pores, will refine wrinkles and leave your skin feeling like silk.
2
Add 2 tbsp. of avocado oil to the bowl. Avocado oil penetrates quickly into the deep tissue, nourishing the skin with lecithin and Vitamins A, D and E, helping to keep your face supple and glowing. Avocados are also a good source of the "youth mineral" potassium, which can help your skin to look youthful and beautiful.
3
Stir in one drop of rose essential oil and one drop of Roman chamomile essential oil. These gentle smelling essential oils will not affect sensitive skin, and will leave a light floral aroma, as if you just spent a day at the spa.
4
Mix the ingredients well, adding a touch of warm water if necessary to work the clay into a paste. Wash your face with warm water and pat dry. Apply the sensitive skin face mask evenly to your face and neck and allow to set until dry. Rinse with cool water.
