Egg Whites

Oatmeal, when applied to the skin in a mask, has a string anti-inflammatory effect on the skin. Mix 1/2 cup of oatmeal with one cup of hot water, let cool, then apply to the skin After 10 minutes, rinse off with water.
Facial Steam
Steaming the face help allow the pores to release impurities, aiding in maintaining a blemish-free complexion. Fill a bowl with hot water, and lean 12 inches over the bowl with a towel over the head for 15 minutes.
